ORDERS PLACED ON WWW.BLKSKN.COM ARE PROCESSED MONDAY-FRIDAY 9 AM TO 4 PM GMT (EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS) AND ARE SHIPPED 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED, PENDING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION, VERIFICATION AND STOCK AVAILABILITY. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USING DHL EXPRESS SERVICE OR POSTNORD AND RATES ARE BASED ON THE SHIPPING DESTINATION.

ALL ORDERS IS SENT OUT WITH UPS OR DHL (DEPENDS ON WITCH COUNTRY YOU ORDER FROM ). YOU WILL GET A MAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SENT OUT. ALL SHIPPING PRICES ARE STATED AT EACH PRODUCT AND WILL BE CALCULATED WHEN CHECK OUT. PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCAL CHARGES (SALES TAX, COSTUMS DUTY ) MAY OCCUR, DEPENDING ON YOUR REGION AND LOCAL CUSTOMS DUTIES. THESE CHARGES ARE AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN EXPENSE AND DOES NOT INCLUDE IN THE SHIPPING COST.

WE USE A SECURITY STANDARD CALLED 3D-SECURE, DEVELOPED BY VISA AND MASTERCARD. ALL INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED USING SSL ENCRYPTION, WHICH PREVENTS UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO CARD DETAILS. WE DO NOT STORE CARD NUMBERS AFTER THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT.

RETURNS

BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@BLVCKSKIN.COM. YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, LABELS AND TAGS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE. IF THE PRODUCT IS RUINED OR USED THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED. SHIPPING COSTS FOR YOUR PACKAGE, INCLUDING BOTH ORIGINAL AND RETURN-SHIPPING COSTS, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE INCLUDED THE COMPLETED RETURN FORM WHEN SENDING THE ITEM BACK. IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SENDING THE ITEM BACK. BLK SKN SUGGESTS YOU GET A RECEIPT AND A PACKAGE ID FOR THE RETURN FROM THE DELIVERY SERVICE, AS IT MAKES IT EASIER TO FOLLOW THE RETURN SHIPMENT IF NEEDED.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@BLVCKSKIN.COM FIRST. PROVIDE US WITH YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND WHAT ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE TO. EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM.

IN THE CASE OF AN EXCHANGE, WE WILL PAY FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING THE NEW ITEM TO YOU. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS.
