WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking ID.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Sweden: 2–4 business days EU: 5–7 business days USA: 6–8 business days Rest of the world: 8–12 business days Once your order ships, we’ll send your tracking information via email.

Returns & Exchanges
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days to return your item after receiving it. Items must be in original condition. Otherwise, we cannot issue a refund. Email us at ask@blkskn.com for help.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
Yes. Return your package by purchasing shipping to our address and dropping it off at your nearest post office. A replacement will be sent once we receive your item.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds take 2–7 business days after your item arrives at our warehouse.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged item, contact us at ask@blkskn.com with your order details and a photo of the item so we can send you a replacement. Payments

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ARRIVE? & WHAT IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO RELEASE THE PRODUCT?
We expect to deliver in autumn 2025. We’ll keep you updated by email along the way. We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders if we choose not to move forward with production. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund immediately.
IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT RESTOCK?
